An unforgettable day. Take part in a cooking class where you will learn how to prepare gnocchi al tegamino with ragù and melted provola cheese and parmigiana di melanzane, a Sunday dish loved by all Neapolitans. The dishes will then be cooked in our wood-fired oven for a unique flavor.

At the end of the cooking class, we will taste the dishes we have cooked together. Paired with Aglianico wine from local wineries. In our villa in the countryside, we can visit the vegetable garden, pick the fruit that we will then cook, feed the chickens, and collect the eggs. You can also relax in our garden after lunch or chat around the brazier.
