Together we will prepare these typical desserts, which are a staple of Christmas tables and a symbol of family sharing. We will roll out the dough, shape the cartellate into crowns, fry them, and top them with local honey. An engaging experience, also suitable for children, where ancient traditions are rediscovered through stories, laughter, and hands-on cooking. We will conclude with a tasting of typical Lucanian products and a glass of fine wine. A moment of conviviality to experience the gastronomic culture of the region.
