We’ll start by making tiramisu using my mum’s recipe, so she’ll have time to tidy up the fridge whilst I show you how, with just two simple ingredients – flour and water – you can make traditional fresh pasta. Then, using seasonal, local and high-quality produce, we’ll make sauces to serve with the pasta.
There’ll be plenty of tastings of local specialities and, above all, a warm welcome as only we Italians know how to give; you won’t feel like a student, but part of the family.

- This was an amazing experience! Not only was the food the best I've ever had but the hospitality was beyond amazing! It's such a great environment and all the food was so fresh and delicious. Would recommend anyone to come and try!
- We had the best time and learned a lot too, a very top highlight of our trip to Italy. Filomena and her family were so welcoming and lovely. We loved learning how to make pasta from Filomena’s family traditions, but even more we loved the connection and lovely meal together. I’m so glad we booked this for our last evening in the area.
- We were quite excited when ringing the bell at Filomenas house, cause this was the first time we attended a dinner experience at someones home. We couldn't have felt more welcome. Filomena and her family was so nice and warm! We learned how to make fresh tagliatelle, just like her mother used to make it. Both she and her daughters were really helpful. And the result accompanied by her own tomato sauce and typical sausages from the region, tasted very good! Filomena had prepared several kinds of antipasti before we came. We also helped cut some lovely local cheeze. All the dishes were really nice. We appreciated this fantastic opportunity to have dinner together with Filomenas lovely family and learn about local traditions! It's fantastic when people open up their homes like that. Our very best recommodations! ❤️
