In this cooking class I will guide you through the preparation of this iconic dish, made of meat rolls slowly cooked in a rich and fragrant sauce. After a tasty appetizer based on local specialties, we will cook the meat sauce together and pair it with the ever-present handmade orecchiette pasta. Everything will be accompanied by homemade bread and a good glass of local wine. An authentic experience, to be lived among intense flavors, family stories and true Apulian conviviality.
