    The ultimate summer vegetable, eggplant is the queen of Mediterranean cuisine: grilled, pickled, with pasta, baked, or in the timeless parmigiana. Eggplant parmigiana tastes like home and lazy Sundays, with the aroma of the sauce filling the kitchen. Soft layers of fried or grilled eggplant are combined with fresh tomato sauce, basil, and plenty of Parmesan cheese, with a stringy mozzarella center that wins you over at first bite. Every forkful is a journey into the most authentic flavors. We will prepare it together: hands in the dough, laughter, and the delicious aroma from the oven, accompanied by typical local tastings and glasses of wine.
