Your experience

To begin, we will take a short tour of the local market, where we will purchase typical Apulian zero-kilometer products, such as vegetables and fruits, which we will use in our cooking lesson. The cooking class will be held at my home, located in the heart of Altamura's historic center, from which you can enjoy a marvelous view of the cathedral. Together, we will learn how to make the traditional fresh Apulian pasta: orecchiette.

We will start by selecting the ingredients, then proceed with preparing the dough, and conclude with a special toast and a tasting of seasonal local products.

: Esperienza magica da Pamela ad Altamura, sembrava di essere tornate indietro nel tempo tra tradizione e semplicità. I have loved cooking since I was a girl, the kitchen is my creative space, I relax and I like to make my guests happy. I always love testing myself in the kitchen, so I experiment but I also love making and revisiting the typical dishes of Puglia, especially the Murgia. I really love working with leavened doughs and with combinations of flavors and colors.
