Typical Apulian cooking class featuring three recipes (appetizer, main course, and dessert) that my guests will learn to prepare in my kitchen located in the historic center of Altamura. The course will conclude with a lunch or dinner where guests will have the opportunity to taste the dishes they prepared themselves during the lesson, all in a warm and familiar atmosphere.

I always love testing myself in the kitchen, so I experiment but I also love making and revisiting the typical dishes of Puglia, especially the Murgia. I really love working with leavened doughs and with combinations of flavors and colors.
