I love continuously experimenting with new flavors and am curious about cuisines from all over the world. I have carefully maintained my sourdough starter for several years and prefer locally sourced ingredients from farmers in the Lodigiano area. I am an empathetic and cheerful person: I enjoy welcoming people into my home and taking care of them, especially at the table. Passionate about interior design, I pay close attention to the care of my home because I want my guests to enjoy not only a culinary experience but also a visual one.
