    Sandra was a great host for the pasta making class. Her home was clean, warm, and inviting. Sandra showed us authentic pasta making techniques. There was plenty of delicious food and drink for lunch or dinner. We all had a lovely time. We booked this fairly last minute for a rainy day activity, and we’re so glad we did. Highly recommend!

    Sandra is a well-prepared and organized host. Generous, educator and welcoming. We prepared pasta as done in her Puglia hometown and Tiramisu. She is congenial, helpful and dedicated to helping folks improve their knowledge and abilities with Italian cuisine. Because I've cooked in Italy before, I was anticipating Milanese Rissoto but the handmade pasta was good. Then she fed us our pasta with her sauce, some aperitivo and our tiramisu. Lovely evening for all skill sets.

    We so enjoyed this experience. Sandra was both a good teacher and a gracious host. Making the recipes was fun. My husband was particularly pleased-- we had a last minute change in class and didn't know the menu. Tiramisu is his favorite dessert! We loved having an opportunity to spend time with a local.
