I have loved cooking since I was a girl, the kitchen is my creative space, I relax and I like to make my guests happy. I always love testing myself in the kitchen, so I experiment but I also love making and revisiting the typical dishes of Puglia, especially the Murgia. I really love working with leavened doughs and with combinations of flavors and colors.

- Magical experience with Pamela in Altamura, it felt like going back in time between tradition and simplicity. Hospitality and welcome were the stars, along with the typical local recipes that make her a true Cesarina (with a capital C) full of love and passion! From now on, it will be my mandatory stop whenever I return to Altamura!
