Hi from Pamela!

I have loved cooking since I was a girl, the kitchen is my creative space, I relax and I like to make my guests happy. I always love testing myself in the kitchen, so I experiment but I also love making and revisiting the typical dishes of Puglia, especially the Murgia. I really love working with leavened doughs and with combinations of flavors and colors.

Ospitalità e accoglienza sono state le protagoniste insieme alle tipiche ricette locali che fanno di Lei una Cesarina con la C maiuscola con tanto amore e passione! D ora in poi sarà la mia tappa obbligatoria quando tornerò ad Altamura!
