I enjoy dedicating myself to preparing all kinds of dishes: from homemade pasta to bread and cookies, exploring recipes with meat, fish, legumes, and vegetables. I love continuously experimenting with new flavors and am curious about cuisines from all over the world.I have carefully maintained my sourdough starter for several years and prefer locally sourced ingredients from farmers in the Lodigiano area.I am an empathetic and cheerful person: I enjoy welcoming people into my home and taking care of them, especially at the table. Passionate about interior design, I pay close attention to the care of my home because I want my guests to enjoy not only a culinary experience but also a visual one.
