I love continuously experimenting with new flavors and am curious about cuisines from all over the world.I have carefully maintained my sourdough starter for several years and prefer locally sourced ingredients from farmers in the Lodigiano area.I am an empathetic and cheerful person: I enjoy welcoming people into my home and taking care of them, especially at the table.
