Tasting of traditional dishes
We will welcome you with a welcome aperitif featuring Panadas planargesi, both vegetable and meat, paired with a refreshing glass of Vermentino.
Next, we’ll serve a rich antipasto of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by the traditional pane carasau and paired with a fine regional red wine, chosen as a surprise.
The first course will be a classic of Sardinian cuisine: Culurgiones filled with potatoes, pecorino, garlic, and mint, topped with a fresh tomato sauce.
To end on a sweet note, we’ll enjoy a Sardinian tiramisù, made with the typical biscotti di Fonni, cream, and coffee.
All of this will be accompanied by fresh water, good wine, and plenty of conviviality, for a meal full of flavor and Sardinian tradition. We can’t wait to share this special experience with you!
