    In this three-hour workshop we will discover together the secrets of Planargia panadines, delicious savory cakes typical of Sardinian tradition. Panadine-or panadas in Sardinian-are true treasure chests of flavor, filled with local ingredients such as artichokes, meat and olives. We will prepare the dough by hand, make the filling and guide you through the perfect closing of each panadina. While cooking, the authentic scents of Sardinia will invade the kitchen, giving you a unique experience rich in tradition. A journey into the flavors of the island, between manual skills and conviviality.

    Hicimos la clase de cocina con Federica. Muy buena anfitriona y cocinera. Muy amable y simpática. Al llegar, nos había preparado un aperitivo típico sardo, con un buen vinito.Preparamos dos pastas típicas de aquí.
