I come from a charming town in the heart of Sardinia, the daughter of a Planargian mother and an Ogliastran father—a perfect blend of traditions and cultures. Since childhood, I have nurtured a deep passion for the cuisine and culinary traditions of my land. I love preparing authentic dishes such as ravioli, panadas, and culurgiones—recipes that capture the flavors and history of my family.
