After the cooking demo, we'll enjoy a three-course menu with a selection of Sardinian cheeses, pane carasau, and local honey, followed by lorighittas with clams and bottarga, and to finish, a tiramisu made with biscotti di Fonni.     Hicimos la clase de cocina con Federica. Muy buena anfitriona y cocinera. Muy amable y simpática. Al llegar, nos había preparado un aperitivo típico sardo, con un buen vinito.Preparamos dos pastas típicas de aquí. Nos encantó que, se adaptó en todo momento a nosotras para poder vivir esta experiencia al máximo. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y lo volveríamos a repetir. Gracias Fede.
