My name is Giuseppe, I’m an Italian designer, and for the past 10 years, I’ve also been managing hospitality structures. I love hosting, sharing, and telling the secrets of my homeland, Sardinia. I have a deep passion for traditional cuisine, and I can’t wait to share with you the secrets of Italian and Sardinian gastronomy.I enjoy cooking traditional Sardinian first courses like fregola with seafood, land-based second courses like roasted suckling pig, and some desserts like tiramisu and artisanal gelato.
