Your experience

Together, we will explore a unique, tasty, and versatile appetizer that can be paired with various sauces, made from goat cheese, potatoes, and cabbage.

Next, we'll learn to make sheep's milk ricotta ravioli, a simple yet alluring combination: fresh egg pasta with the strong flavor of pecorino cheese, enriched by a cherry tomato sauce. We conclude on a sweet note with tiramisu featuring the famous Fonni cookies, a delicious dessert perfect for a satisfying end to a meal.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Andrea’s house in Cagliari! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Andrea, his wife, and their daughters, who were all fabulous, kind, and incredibly inviting. We spent a fantastic afternoon learning to make ravioli, culurgiones, and tiramisu. Our 4-year-old son had a great time actively participating — he rolled the dough, helped stuff the ravioli, and even dipped the ladyfingers in coffee for the tiramisu. Watching him get involved made the experience even more special and memorable. The highlight was definitely making the culurgiones — we were laughing so hard trying to master the technique! It definitely takes some practice, but that’s what made it so much fun. Andrea and his family were patient, encouraging, and full of great stories. Everything was delicious, authentic, and made with so much passion. This was truly one of the best family experiences we’ve had while traveling. We would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone — couples, families, or food lovers. It’s a beautiful way to connect with Sardinian culture and create wonderful memories. Thank you so much, Andrea and family! ❤️

We had an amazing time getting to know this charming family and learning how culurgiones are made. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. The location really needs a car to get to-it must be noted. A refreshing cultural exchange reminding us that the world is large, yet also how we are all similar.

‘ We had the most enjoyable experience at the home of Andrea and his lovely family. We were welcomed into the home like special guests and then Andrea taught us how to make pasta. We had the opportunity to try our skills and, once the food was cooked, we all sat and enjoyed the meal together in the cosy dining room. We had booked the taxi to return for us after two hours, however, we could’ve sat for longer to enjoy the Sardinian hospitality. It was truly a wonderful evening. Thank you to Andrea, his wife and daughters ‘

My house is located on the coast of Quartu Sant’Elena — quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it’s a seaside area loved by tourists for the enchanting places along the coast. Just a few kilometers from here, you’ll find stunning beaches known all over the world, as well as beautiful landscapes surrounded by nature. I’ve been living in Sardinia for 35 years, so I feel like a local too. I’ve always loved cooking, and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table, having learned and experimented with the recipes of the places I know and love. In my kitchen, you’ll find both local Sardinian dishes and specialties from Calabria, Campania, and Sicily — always reimagined in my own way. Mediterranean spirit and vibrant colors are never missing from my dishes!
