Wir hatten das Vergnügen, an einem privaten Kochkurs für sardische Pasta teilzunehmen, und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Familie, die uns in ihrer Küche empfangen hat, war unglaublich gastfreundlich und machte uns sofort willkommen. Der Kurs selbst war eine wunderbare Erfahrung für uns alle – die Erwachsenen und die Kinder waren gleichermaßen begeistert. Wir lernten nicht nur, wie man die perfekte sardische Pasta selbst herstellt, sondern auch die Geheimnisse hinter den traditionellen Rezepten. Es war eine großartige Gelegenheit, gemeinsam zu kochen und gleichzeitig etwas über die sardische Kultur zu erfahren. Die Anleitung war klar und verständlich, und die Atmosphäre war entspannt und fröhlich. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Kneten des Teigs und beim Formen der Pasta, während die Erwachsenen sich über die verschiedenen Techniken austauschten. Der krönende Abschluss war das selbstgemachte sardische Tiramisu, das einfach himmlisch war! Es war der perfekte süße Abschluss für einen unvergesslichen Abend. Insgesamt war der Kochkurs nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch ein wunderbares Familienerlebnis. Wir haben nicht nur neue Kochfähigkeiten erlernt, sondern auch viele schöne Erinnerungen geschaffen. Wir können diesen Kurs jedem empfehlen, der die sardische Küche lieben lernen möchte! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!

Andrea's house is located on the coast of Quartu S. Elena, quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it is a seaside area and very popular with tourists because of the enchanting places to visit along the coast. A few kilometers from here there are fantastic beaches, known all over the world, but also landscapes surrounded by nature. "I have lived in Sardinia for 35 years so I also feel a bit of a local, I have always loved cooking and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table having acquired and experimented with the recipes of the places I frequent. In my kitchen you can taste both local cuisine both those from Calabria, Campania and Sicily with a reinterpretation of the same: the Mediterranean and the color in my dishes are never lacking!"
