My house is located on the coast of Quartu Sant’Elena — quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it’s a seaside area loved by tourists for the enchanting places along the coast.Just a few kilometers from here, you’ll find stunning beaches known all over the world, as well as beautiful landscapes surrounded by nature.I’ve been living in Sardinia for 35 years, so I feel like a local too. I’ve always loved cooking, and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table, having learned and experimented with the recipes of the places I know and love.In my kitchen, you’ll find both local Sardinian dishes and specialties from Calabria, Campania, and Sicily — always reimagined in my own way.Mediterranean spirit and vibrant colors are never missing from my dishes!

This was honestly one of the best cooking classes that we have ever taken. It was so comfortable and fun. Andrea has the best family - which we had so much fun cooking with. The food we cooked was delicious and sitting down to eat with them was one of the best parts of our trip. I can’t express how sweet and welcomed we felt in their beautiful home. They gave many techniques and made the food with us and taught us about what to use. 10/10 experience overall. We would highly recommend doing this class over any other!
