My house is located on the coast of Quartu Sant’Elena — quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it’s a seaside area loved by tourists for the enchanting places along the coast.Just a few kilometers from here, you’ll find stunning beaches known all over the world, as well as beautiful landscapes surrounded by nature.I’ve been living in Sardinia for 35 years, so I feel like a local too. I’ve always loved cooking, and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table, having learned and experimented with the recipes of the places I know and love.In my kitchen, you’ll find both local Sardinian dishes and specialties from Calabria, Campania, and Sicily — always reimagined in my own way.Mediterranean spirit and vibrant colors are never missing from my dishes!

An unforgettable private cooking experience. Chef Andrea welcomed us into his home and made the evening feel incredibly special—his whole family taking part added such a beautiful, authentic touch. The Sardinian cuisine was absolutely delicious, and learning the traditions behind each dish made it even more meaningful. Intimate, romantic, and truly memorable. We will cherish this experience and highly recommend it

We had a very nice cooking experience in the home of Andrea and his daughters. We made “malloreddus”, a Sardinian pasta looking like gnocchi. Andrea prepared everything very professionally and explained us everything we asked. We had delicious tomato sauce and pecorino cheese with the pasta. Federica was also very nice and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We had a wonderful lunch in a family atmosphere with a wonderful menu which included some snacks before the lunch and a tasty panna cotta and coffee for dessert. We had one person with gluten-free diet, which was also accommodated (cross contamination was not a problem for us). Overall a very enjoyable experience, I highly recommend!
