Hello everyone, I am Andrea, and I would be happy to welcome you to my home to spend a pleasant day dedicated to the discovery of some traditional Sardinian dishes. Together we will prepare the delicious culurgiones and ravioli, the first ones filled with potatoes, cheese and aromas typical of our region. The dough is prepared with water and remilled semolina flour, following the recipe handed down from generation to generation, while the ravioli are filled with sheep ricotta and mint. We end on a sweet note with tiramisu famous for fonni cookies, a mouth-watering dessert ideal for a great end to a meal. We will have the pleasure of tasting what we have prepared together, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. It will be a special occasion.

We had the opportunity to try our skills and, once the food was cooked, we all sat and enjoyed the meal together in the cosy dining room. We had booked the taxi to return for us after two hours, however, we could’ve sat for longer to enjoy the Sardinian hospitality. It was truly a wonderful evening.
