    We propose a special apericena: four small hot and cold samples served in our family wine cellar that will vary between freshly sliced fine meats, local cheeses, tasty crostini, one of "mamma Giannetta's" savory pies, homemade baked pizza accompanied by a glass of bubbles from our territory. Followed by a first course served in the dining room that may vary depending on the availability of city markets, accompanied by a wine chosen from the wineries of our territory. Some examples: our tagliatelle al ragù, "vincisgrassi" alla marchigiana, ricotta ravioli with mushrooms, or, to pay homage to other regional cuisines, a pumpkin risotto with amaretto grits or the classic tonnarelli cacio e pepe alla romana.

    In our family, the kitchen has always held a significant place. With roots in both Marche on our maternal side and Tuscany on the paternal side, my siblings and I inherited a passion for cooking from Grandma Chicca and Grandma Delia, but above all, from our mother Giannetta. We received not only the love for cooking but also the family recipes, books, and even antique dishes and cookware. Even today, we gather for holidays and special occasions in the family villa in Jesi, reveling in the joy of cooking together. Our cuisine is deeply rooted in the local traditions, relying on the products from our sea and countryside. While firmly grounded in the folk gastronomic culture, our culinary approach has always carried some 'bourgeois' accents, both in preparation and presentation. Our personal stories, as children of the Marche region who have lived in various parts of Italy, have over time enriched our menus with influences from the diverse relationships we've cultivated, always centered around the table. Our home, a historic villa in the heart of Jesi, amidst the Verdicchio castles, is well-suited to welcome guests with whom we'd love to share our passion for our cuisine and our land.
