The Arab-Norman dominations have handed down to us unique dishes. We have recreated dishes that tell the history, scents and colors of Sicily.

A unique sensory experience that will involve participants in 'savoring a simple cuisine with local products flavored with spices typical of those cultures. The first course will be the "Couscous " which is a unique dish, prepared with fish and for vegetarians with vegetables and vegetables, all seasoned with a sauce with chili and various spices. The second course will consist of panelle "chickpea flour" fried in oil , typical of Sicilian culture . To end on a high note, you cannot miss the cassata or cannolo that will conclude this "sweet" experience.
