The appetizer will include "Cacio all'argentiera" a simple and poor dish of Palermo's cuisine
As a first course we will prepare busiate with wheat flour that we will form with busi,( the needles that were used to make sweaters, woolen caps) seasoned with tomato sauce with swordfish and eggplant. Finally, Il cannolo Siciliano a crispy wafer filled with a ricotta cream to which we will add pieces of chocolate and/or pistachio granola, covered with powdered sugar.

We can warmly recommend to experience this nice concept especially with Mariolina's great cooking. Price is cheaper than in a conventional restaurant and on top of that you'll have an opportunity for a natural social interaction.
