I love preparing traditional and genuine Sicilian dishes, using just a few high-quality ingredients, always cooked with care and love. My signature dish is homemade egg pasta, served with a simple sauce enriched with seasonal vegetables, depending on what’s available and inspiring at the moment. Living in Partanna, just a few kilometers from the sea, I also have the pleasure of serving delicious dishes made with Mediterranean blue fish and the famous Red Prawn from Mazara—true treasures of our region.
