Tasting of traditional dishes
Shared Experience
Your experience
Experience authentic cuisine with Raffaela, immersed in Modican tradition.
The culinary journey begins with homemade rustic appetizers: fresh bread, scacce of various flavors, olives, Modican sausage, and jelly. For the first course, we’ll delight you with ricotta-filled ravioli, accompanied by succulent pork stew, all enhanced by a sprinkle of Ragusan caciocavallo. For the main dish, we propose coniglio alla stimpirata, a traditional recipe with a bold flavor. This will be paired with excellent local wine to enhance each flavor and make the experience truly unique.
To finish, we’ll pamper you with homemade desserts: refreshing lemon gel made with organic lemons from our garden, or traditional "Mpanatigghie".
