During this experience the history of the Aruci pastry shop will be told and the close synergy with the territory fundamental in the selection of ingredients that give the products a unique flavor.

Here guests will be guided in a tour of the laboratory and a cooking class dedicated to the production of Giuggiulena (Sesame Nougat) cooked with Sesame from Ispica, in our production area. This will be followed by a tasting of Aruci products and a brunch with typical Sicilian sweet and savory products (pizzas, loaves of bread, chickpea soup with tahina, olives, dry sausage...) accompanied by a selection of wines.
