    There are gestures that speak volumes about Italian cuisine.

    In this experience, we’ll make handmade tortellini together, from the dough to the final folding, sharing time, stories and flour on the table. The evening begins with a convivial aperitif: homemade sourdough focaccia, artisanal pickles and a cocktail to sip at leisure. Then everyone sits down to enjoy the tortellini in a rich, fragrant vegetable broth, which tastes of home and Sundays. The finale is a jam tart, to round off the evening with sweetness and simplicity.

    I have Bergamasque roots, but it was my heart that led me to discover Calabrian cuisine: a cuisine of conviviality, of dishes passed from hand to hand around the table, of ancient pasta shapes, leavened breads, and meatballs. A cuisine shaped by traditions carefully preserved and handed down by grandmothers, born from the need to store and make the most of the produce that the vegetable garden offered in a land of farm laborers. Mine is a plant-based cuisine that embraces and welcomes people around the table, one that speaks of roots, traditions, and seasonality.
