I’m Alessia, a true Cesarina from the Aosta Valley, and I welcome my guests into an old house I’ve renovated, located in a mountain village—Gignod—in the Grand San Bernardo Valley, just a few minutes from Aosta. I love poor cuisine, especially traditional dishes. I’m a simple person, and I live a life marked by the seasons, divided between work in the vineyard and in the mountains.
