Welcome to Gignod, a picturesque village in the beautiful Aosta Valley. I invite you to immerse yourself in local culinary traditions with me, your Cesarina. During this experience, you will discover the secrets of three typical Aosta Valley recipes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients from our beautiful region.
We will begin our culinary adventure with a warm welcome in my rustic kitchen, where I will guide you step by step through the preparation of traditional dishes. Each recipe tells a story and reflects the cultural richness of the Aosta Valley, and together we will explore techniques and tricks to create authentic and flavorful dishes. After cooking together, we will move to my cozy dining room, where we will enjoy the fruits of our labor.

- We had such a lovely experience with Alessia, her daughter and precious grandchild. We had the most delicious food, desert and wine, but the best is how at home we felt. Cooking and then having lunch with them like we knew them forever was an experience we will never forget. This is definitely something unique and worth doing. - We have had the best time cooking pasta and tiramisu in Alessia's beautiful home! It was authentic, kind, full of joy, and generous. The food was incredible, and it was so interesting to learn about the culture, traditions, do's and don'ts. She has a real passion, and that makes for an amazing experience. Every food was carefully selected and we learned about their origins. We learned a lot! I can't recommend it enough, and I will definitely be back when I have friends visiting Italy. We did pasta and tiramisu, but I definitely will do the favo soup next time!
