    I would like to share with my guests a unique pizza-making class where we will explore various types of doughs, from the simplest to high-hydration doughs. We will learn how to mix flours using ancient grains or less refined flours, along with specialty yeasts and other secrets to achieving a well-risen pizza.

    We will make doughs together, some of which I will have already prepared the day before for slow rising in the refrigerator. We will bake the pizzas in the wood-fired oven outside the house and taste our creations in the garden. I assure you that we will taste both simple and traditional pizzas, always using high-quality local products. All this will be accompanied by a good local craft beer or a glass of wine from my own production. I look forward to seeing you there!

    We have had the best time cooking pasta and tiramisu in Alessia's beautiful home! It was authentic, kind, full of joy, and generous. The food was incredible, and it was so interesting to learn about the culture, traditions, do's and don'ts. She has a real passion, and that makes for an amazing experience. Every food was carefully selected and we learned about their origins. We learned a lot! I can't recommend it enough, and I will definitely be back when I have friends visiting Italy. We did pasta and tiramisu, but I definitely will do the favo soup next time!

    With a very warm welcome, we experienced the “pasta & tiramisu lovers”. The secrets of making your one pasta, the traditional way. Also the tiramisu was a great success. Alessia is made for this “job”, she takes al the time and makes you feel comfortable. She shares her own house, tells you everything about the Italian way of live (and cooking).
