Hi from Adriana!

I'm Milanese by origin but Valdostana by adoption, I've been living here for 10 years but I've always spent my holidays in the Valley, and its cuisine has always been synonymous with vacation and well-being for me. In everyday life I cook tasty but healthy dishes for my family, but when I invite friends and family I like to go wild preparing more elaborate and rich dishes, as are often those of the mountain tradition.

Adriana took us on a customised street food tour to nice places and gave many recommendations where to go out for dinner or examples what ingredients to use for what dish. We really had a nice time. Thanks again!

Our cooking class was absolutely fabulous and our Cesarine, Adriana, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts and anecdotes. Her English was perfect and easy to understand. Her home was inviting and apertifs delicious. Our family had a great time making pasta, lasagna and tiramisu—the best I’ve ever tasted and will definitely try to repeat at home. wish we had time to do another food experience with Adriana. This was definitely a highlight of our vacation.

Adriana made us feel right at home. Everything was well planned and we were asked how much we wanted to help prepare the dishes. When we did, clear instructions were provided with explanations why the techniques made the recipes work. After everything was prepped, we were waited on in their comfortable dining room. Love that we were given the recipes and ingredient recommendations/alternates so we could bring home and make them for our friends and family. Fantastic experience overall, delicious food, lovely wine and special touches like home made aperitifs!
