Hi from Adriana!
I'm Milanese by origin but Valdostana by adoption, I've been living here for 10 years but I've always spent my holidays in the Valley, and its cuisine has always been synonymous with vacation and well-being for me. In everyday life I cook tasty but healthy dishes for my family, but when I invite friends and family I like to go wild preparing more elaborate and rich dishes, as are often those of the mountain tradition.

- What a lovely and unique experience cooking at Adriana`s home! We learned how to make 2 kinds of pasta and tiramisu, and it was delicious. We felt that Adriana went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
