Cooking class: antipasti a tagliere, cavatelli and dessert

We will prepare a platter of local hors d'oeuvres such as cured meats, alpine cheeses and vegetable rustics. We will cook together "Cavatelli", a traditional hand-made pasta, kneaded with excellent local semolina flour dressed with a vegetable sauce or tagliatelle with fresh eggs of the day and a traditional ragout. To finish dessert: a fruit tart or tiramisu, all accompanied by a lagrein, or a fresh kerner.
