Your experience
Fresh pasta making course. I propose three varieties of pasta:
- - Pisarei e Fasò (Gnocchetti e Fagioli)
- - Turtei con la Cua (Tortelli with Tails)
- - Tagliatelle These are ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation, coming straight from grandmothers' recipe books. I find it extremely rewarding to preserve and share these culinary traditions. The class will be held in my country home, surrounded by nature and surrounded by cats and two affectionate little dogs. Once inside, you will be greeted by a warm and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by many green plants. We will cook and chat together, enjoying the pleasure of sharing our passion for traditional cuisine. I look forward to your visit.
