Your experience
In this cooking class, the preparation of a typical Piacenza dish will be taught. It is a recipe dating back to the 15th century, created especially for Petrarch during his visit to Vigolzone Castle. The dish consists of a first course of fresh pasta filled with ricotta and herbs, with a characteristic shape resembling a candy. At the end of the class, we will have the pleasure of tasting this delicacy, accompanied by a couple of excellent glasses of local wine. The class will be held in my country home, located on the banks of the Trebbia River. I look forward to seeing you there!
