In my kitchen, everything is seasoned with love and fresh, km 0 products.
The menu includes an appetizer of datterino tomatoes in oil, local cheeses (cacio cavallo, primo sale, sheep's milk ricotta), marinated anchovies, olives, salted anchovies with basil pesto and local artisanal mortadella. The first course includes macaroni with sardines, broccoletti, mountain fennel and pan-toasted breadcrumbs. Lemon sorbet. The second course includes large veal rolls stuffed and cooked with tomato sauce and potatoes. For dessert, the classic cannoli filled with sheep's milk ricotta and chocolate chips. And finally, seasonal fruit, coffee, wine and passito di Pantelleria.
