My family and I will guide you through discovering the recipes of "Andrea's Kitchen," revisiting the dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, particularly those of Sardinian, Sicilian, Calabrian, and Campanian traditions. We will start with some appetizers from my kitchen, followed by a first course of pappardelle with radicchio and sausage, a second course of turmeric chicken strips, and finally, a panna cotta dessert. We can customize the menu based on your requests, agreed upon in advance. The menu will be seasonal and will not include fish or shellfish.

: Esperienza estremamente positiva, sono stata accolta da tutta la famiglia con grande cordialità e simpatia e mi sono trovata subito a mio agio. Tanti ingredienti freschi e selezionati si sono trasformati, sotto le precise istruzioni di Andrea e staff, in deliziosi piatti che poi abbiamo gustato tutti insieme. Per la prima volta ho chiuso i culurgiones ed è stata una grande soddisfazione, i ravioli alla ricotta e formaggio erano delicati e deliziosi, il tiramisù... Beh che dire del tiramisù non poteva che essere goduriosissimo! Grazie per la bella esperienza, spero di poter partecipare ad altri eventi, quindi a presto 😊
: Serata all'insegna dell'accoglienza da parte di Andrea e Lilli ottimi padroni di casa. I colurgiones che abbiamo fatto insieme erano ottimi,accompagnati da un buon sugo. La tavola era apparecchiata alla perfezione. Esperienza positiva,la consiglio.

: Abbiamo trascorso un sabato veramente piacevole con Andrea, la sua famiglia ed un'ottima cucina. Casa stupenda calda e accogliente. Consiglio al 100%, siamo stati benissimo.
: Mio marito ed io abbiamo ricevuto in regalo uno smartbox, quando ci siamo trovati a dover decidere che esperienza fare, siamo rimasti incuriositi da quella delle "Cesarine a domicilio". Così abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di conoscere chef Andrea e la sua carissima aiutante e moglie Lilla. Con loro abbiamo trascorso una bellissima mattinata, mentre Andrea cucinava con passione i succulenti piatti, ci siamo scambiati racconti, esperienze e preziosi consigli. Culmine della bellissima giornata, il pranzo buonissimo, fatto di piatti saporitissimi ed originali. Ci rivedremo sicuramente perché è un'esperienza da ripetere e per ritrovare persone davvero alla mano, disponibili e speciali, magari in una cooking class per imparare a fare i culurgiones ;) Grazie di cuore Valeria e Matteo

Andrea's house is located on the coast of Quartu S. Elena, quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it is a seaside area and very popular with tourists because of the enchanting places to visit along the coast. A few kilometers from here there are fantastic beaches, known all over the world, but also landscapes surrounded by nature. "I have lived in Sardinia for 35 years so I also feel a bit of a local, I have always loved cooking and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table having acquired and experimented with the recipes of the places I frequent. In my kitchen you can taste both local cuisine both those from Calabria, Campania and Sicily with a reinterpretation of the same: the Mediterranean and the color in my dishes are never lacking!"
