My family and I will guide you through discovering the recipes of "Andrea's Kitchen," revisiting the dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, particularly those of Sardinian, Sicilian, Calabrian, and Campanian traditions. We will start with some appetizers from my kitchen, followed by a first course of pappardelle with radicchio and sausage, a second course of turmeric chicken strips, and finally, a panna cotta dessert. We can customize the menu based on your requests, agreed upon in advance. The menu will be seasonal and will not include fish or shellfish.

- Mio marito ed io abbiamo ricevuto in regalo uno smartbox, quando ci siamo trovati a dover decidere che esperienza fare, siamo rimasti incuriositi da quella delle "Cesarine a domicilio". Così abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di conoscere chef Andrea e la sua carissima aiutante e moglie Lilla. Con loro abbiamo trascorso una bellissima mattinata, mentre Andrea cucinava con passione i succulenti piatti, ci siamo scambiati racconti, esperienze e preziosi consigli. Culmine della bellissima giornata, il pranzo buonissimo, fatto di piatti saporitissimi ed originali. Ci rivedremo sicuramente perché è un'esperienza da ripetere e per ritrovare persone davvero alla mano, disponibili e speciali, magari in una cooking class per imparare a fare i culurgiones ;) Grazie di cuore Valeria e Matteo
- La clase estuvo increíble, aprendimos mucho. La familia super amorosa y nos recibieron con los brazos abiertos, nos explicaron todo y la comida deliciosa. Nos encanto esta experiencia y la volveríamos a repetir sin dudarlo.
- We were so happy with our cooking class with Andrea and his daughter, Frederica! We also met his daughter, Flavia, who was so sweet! It was such an authentic experience to cook and dine in their home. They were so warm and welcoming to us! Frederica even drove us to the bus stop after our class. So happy we decided to book this excursion while staying in Cagliari!
- We had a lovely night at the family home of Andrea! The family was very welcoming and we had such interesting conversations. The food was delicious and we were the only guests, so it was a very personal experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
- A fantastic experience. Would highly recommend for those looking to get off the beaten track. A beautiful and warm family who will make you feel right at home. The food and wine is amazing, and the cooking experience is authentic and fun. If you are on a cruise you do need to consider it is 35 minutes from the cruise port and take this into consideration when organising a time for the activity. The family was even helpful and assisted us to organise a taxi back to Port.

Elena, quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it is a seaside area and very popular with tourists because of the enchanting places to visit along the coast. A few kilometers from here there are fantastic beaches, known all over the world, but also landscapes surrounded by nature. "I have lived in Sardinia for 35 years so I also feel a bit of a local, I have always loved cooking and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table having acquired and experimented with the recipes of the places I frequent. In my kitchen you can taste both local cuisine both those from Calabria, Campania and Sicily with a reinterpretation of the same: the Mediterranean and the color in my dishes are never lacking!"
