    My family and I will accompany you in discovering the recipes of "Andrea's Kitchen," revisiting dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, particularly those from Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria, and Campania. We will start with an appetizer featuring some specialties from my kitchen, then move on to a first course of Calamarata with cherry tomato sauce, 'Nduja, and wild fennel. For the main course, you'll enjoy a Chocolate Eggplant Parmigiana, and we'll finish with a homemade panna cotta.

    Bellissima esperienza a casa di Andrea e della sua fantastica famiglia. In un' atmosfera cordiale e ospitale, abbiamo cucinato e poi mangiato i culurgiones. Esperienza assolutamente consigliata, per trascorrere qualche ora in totale relax e assaporando prelibatezze della cucina sarda.

    Andrea is a delightful and expert chef and a patient teacher. The entire experience in Andrea’s home exceeded all expectations. We Appreciated learning how to make and enjoy traditional Sardinian food in the welcoming comfort of their home. It was a wonderful way to spend a day in Sardinia.

    Andrea's house is located on the coast of Quartu S. Elena, quiet in winter and sparkling in summer, as it is a seaside area and very popular with tourists because of the enchanting places to visit along the coast. A few kilometers from here there are fantastic beaches, known all over the world, but also landscapes surrounded by nature. "I have lived in Sardinia for 35 years so I also feel a bit of a local, I have always loved cooking and I bring Mediterranean cuisine to the table having acquired and experimented with the recipes of the places I frequent. In my kitchen you can taste both local cuisine both those from Calabria, Campania and Sicily with a reinterpretation of the same: the Mediterranean and the color in my dishes are never lacking!"
