Hello everyone, I am Andrea, and I would be happy to welcome you to my home to spend a pleasant day dedicated to the discovery of some traditional Sardinian dishes. Together we will prepare the delicious culurgiones and ravioli, the first ones filled with potatoes, cheese and aromas typical of our region. The dough is prepared with water and remilled semolina flour, following the recipe handed down from generation to generation, while the ravioli are filled with sheep ricotta and mint. We end on a sweet note with tiramisu famous for fonni cookies, a mouth-watering dessert ideal for a great end to a meal. We will have the pleasure of tasting what we have prepared together, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. It will be a special occasion.

- Andrea and his girls were the most welcoming and amazing hosts. To open up their home to two complete strangers and be so welcoming was incredible. We enjoyed preparing a delicious, authentic meal and learning from each of them. Their home and garden were such beautiful settings to enjoy the lunch we prepared. We cannot say enough about our experience and highly recommend! Thank you to Andrea, Flavia, and Federica for an amazing experience on our honeymoon!
- We had the best time at Lilas and Andreas place. The cooking was much fun, the food was incredible and more important we felt very comfortable and welcome because of their kindness and warmth. When i asked if it was a problem that i am vegan they reacted very kind and i was able to bring my own vegan pecorino:) so extra points for that! Huge recommondation, go visit them and have a great time! :)
- We loved this activity. A very warm welcome from Andrea, Lila, and their two daughters. Their garden is well-set up for outdoor cooking. Andrea prepares the dough, and then we all make the culurgiones pasta together. The family served us our own pasta for dinner. It was delicious! I highly recommend it.
- It was real fun and a wonderful experience for the whole family! We had a great evening in lovely surroundings and would highly recomment b(c)ooking with Andrea! He and his wife are wonderful hosts!!!
