In this cooking class, I offer a journey that showcases the authentic flavours of Sardinia, combining tradition and freshness in every dish.

We begin with marinated anchovies, served on a bed of mixed salad leaves, datterini tomatoes, pine nuts and green apple: a light and fragrant starter, where the taste of the sea intertwines with fresh and crunchy notes. We continue with culurgionis, a symbol of our tradition, prepared in two variations: a more classic version, with tomato, pecorino and basil, and a bolder version, with butter and bottarga. We conclude with a great classic: seadas, crispy and golden, served with arbutus honey, with its intense and slightly bitter flavour, typical of our land.

A journey through the flavours of Sardinia, to be experienced and savoured together. Enjoy

Marco was an excellent chef and teacher, with a very engaging personality.  The lesson was well organized. He provided a lot of information and answered many questions about Sardinian cuisine and ingredients. We very much appreciated his casual and interactive approach to cooking - a focus more on technique and getting a feel for when something is right and not on measuring precise amounts. Very much our style of cooking.  Moreover, he is a very interesting and multi-talented individual with a very diverse history. We truly enjoyed exchanging stories during the cooking and eating.
