I’m Valentina, a Cesarina from Cagliari, and I’ll welcome you into my home in the heart of the historic centre, with a charming terrace surrounded by flowers and plants that makes the atmosphere even more special. Together we’ll learn to make two types of fresh pasta: culurgiones, with their characteristic wheat-ear shape, and tagliatelle. I’ll guide you step by step, revealing the secrets of Sardinian cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. And there’ll be a sweet treat too: we’ll make the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu, together.

At the end, we’ll taste the dishes we’ve made together. An authentic experience to discover Sardinia through its flavours. I look forward to seeing you!
