Step into my kitchen in Cagliari and let yourself be carried away by the aromas and flavours of Sardinia! Here, every dish tells a story and every gesture in the kitchen is a way to share tradition and conviviality. During the course, we will prepare three typical recipes together: marinated anchovies with mixed salad leaves, yellow and red cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and green apple, culurgiones and seadas. I will show you how to prepare the ingredients, combine the flavours and give each dish that special touch that makes it unforgettable. It will be an experience to be enjoyed with all the senses: we will cook, taste and have fun, discovering Sardinia through its most authentic flavours.

Marco was an excellent chef and teacher, with a very engaging personality.  The lesson was well organized. He provided a lot of information and answered many questions about Sardinian cuisine and ingredients. We very much appreciated his casual and interactive approach to cooking - a focus more on technique and getting a feel for when something is right and not on measuring precise amounts. Very much our style of cooking.  Moreover, he is a very interesting and multi-talented individual with a very diverse history. We truly enjoyed exchanging stories during the cooking and eating.
