Cooking is my way of welcoming people. My passion was born in my family, among handed-down recipes, the aromas of home, and the joy of sharing moments around the table. Over the years, I have gained diverse professional experiences: collaborations with Conad, work as a private chef, and management of tourist facilities—roles that have taught me to pay attention to every detail and always put the guest first.I have also participated in cooking shows on local TV stations, sharing my passion with a wider audience. I love celebrating Italian tradition through dishes prepared with simple, high-quality ingredients, respecting seasonality and the flavors of the region. Opening my kitchen to guests means offering more than a meal: it is an experience of conviviality, filled with taste, stories, and hospitality.

Marco was an excellent chef and teacher, with a very engaging personality.  The lesson was well organized. He provided a lot of information and answered many questions about Sardinian cuisine and ingredients. We very much appreciated his casual and interactive approach to cooking - a focus more on technique and getting a feel for when something is right and not on measuring precise amounts. Very much our style of cooking.  Moreover, he is a very interesting and multi-talented individual with a very diverse history. We truly enjoyed exchanging stories during the cooking and eating.
