Welcome to my kitchen in Cagliari! Cooking is the best way for me to welcome people: with the aromas of home, recipes handed down through the generations and the pleasure of sharing moments at the table. During our meeting, we will focus on two typical and much-loved types of fresh pasta: Sardinian gnocchetti, small and soft, perfect for holding sauce, and stuffed ravioli, which we will prepare together. During the course, I will guide you step by step, sharing tips and tricks that make each dish special. Then we will make a unique tiramisu, with Sardinian ladyfingers and flavoured with myrtle, a touch of Sardinia that makes this dessert truly unforgettable. I look forward to cooking together, savouring and sharing an authentic moment of Sardinian taste and hospitality.
