My family and I will welcome you into our kitchen for an experience exploring Mediterranean flavours and the recipes from ‘La cucina di Andrea’, where tradition and creativity come together.
During this cookery class, we’ll explore specialities from Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria and Campania, reinterpreting them with a personal touch. We’ll start with a starter of house specialities, before preparing a tasty calamarata with cherry tomatoes, ‘nduja and wild fennel. We’ll continue with an original aubergine parmigiana with chocolate and finish with a delicious homemade panna cotta. We look forward to sharing our passion for cooking with you!

- We had a wonderful experience on our Sardinian cooking class with Andrea. Along with his daughters they were the perfect hosts, welcoming us i to their home and teaching us 3 wonderful recipes. Each step was explained and demonstrated, making it easy to follow. The class ended with a meal together, enjoying the results of our work! I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn traditional recipes in a relaxing location with great teachers. 5 stars!
- Highly recommended, cooking in a cozy Sardinian atmosphere. Yesterday, we made traditional culurgiones with Andrea. His wife helped out and his daughter was also present. They both speak English well. While cooking, Andrea and his wife told us about life in Sardinia. Later, we ate together. The culurgiones were very delicious. After the meal, we also had delicious homemade panna cotta. It was a very successful evening. We have the recipe and will definitely try it at home!
