My family and I will welcome you into our home for an experience centred on Mediterranean flavours and traditions, as you discover the recipes from ‘La cucina di Andrea’.
My Calabrian origins, the years I spent in Campania, my wife’s Sicilian roots and our life in Sardinia have given rise to a cuisine that blends regional traditions, family memories and a touch of creativity. We’ll start with a starter of house specialities, followed by fettucce with mushroom ragù and pecorino cream. We’ll continue with savoy cabbage rolls stuffed with potatoes and pecorino, and finish with a delicious tiramisu.

Everyone was lovely and we immediately felt at ease, just like at home. We were truly delighted with this experience! - We had a wonderful experience on our Sardinian cooking class with Andrea. Along with his daughters they were the perfect hosts, welcoming us i to their home and teaching us 3 wonderful recipes. Each step was explained and demonstrated, making it easy to follow. The class ended with a meal together, enjoying the results of our work! I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn traditional recipes in a relaxing location with great teachers. 5 stars!
- Highly recommended, cooking in a cozy Sardinian atmosphere. Yesterday, we made traditional culurgiones with Andrea. His wife helped out and his daughter was also present. They both speak English well. While cooking, Andrea and his wife told us about life in Sardinia. Later, we ate together. The culurgiones were very delicious. After the meal, we also had delicious homemade panna cotta. It was a very successful evening. We have the recipe and will definitely try it at home!
