    Welcome to my home in the heart of Cagliari, where design and a passion for cooking come together to offer you a unique experience! My name is Giuseppe, I’m an Italian designer with a deep love for traditional cuisine. My cooking classes offer an intimate and authentic opportunity to learn how to prepare typical Sardinian dishes in a warm and creative setting. Today, I will teach you how to prepare fregola, a traditional Sardinian pasta made from semolina, enriched with Mediterranean flavors. This dish, born from the ancient tradition of Sardinian fishermen, includes mussels, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. All served with a nice glass of Vermentino.

     I enjoy cooking traditional Sardinian first courses like fregola with seafood, land-based second courses like roasted suckling pig, and some desserts like tiramisu and artisanal gelato.
