Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Set amongst the hills of the Marche region, I’ll welcome you into my family home, where you’ll discover the flavours of tradition and the local area where I grew up. The kitchen has been the heart of my home for generations: here, friendships become recipes, and for me, cooking is a way of showing love and sharing.

During the cookery class, we’ll prepare my focaccia together, using herbs from the garden or in the traditional Marche style with ‘grasselli’, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses. We’ll continue with potato gnocchi in duck ragù and finish with my famous chocolate cake, served with pear and mint compote or strawberry compote.

The dishes can also be prepared gluten-free.
