    Every Wednesday I expect you at my home to experience a different evening than usual: an experience of good food, sharing and new acquaintances!

    Calendar of the Mani in Pasta Experience in Perugia (beginning at h19.00) :

    -30/10: spaghetti alla chitarra

    -13/11: ricotta and spinach ravioli

    -27/11: cappelletti with meat broth

    -11/12: cappelletti with meat broth

    We will put our hands to pasta to prepare together a traditional recipe of which you will learn the making and secrets. After the class we will taste the prepared dish and toast with a good wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening and meet new people.

Cesarina Laura used to help her grandmother in the kitchen as a child, it is she who transmitted her passion for food and hospitality. At her table, traditional Umbrian cuisine: quality cured meats, as well as excellent homemade pasta, tasty sauces and desserts, linked to the religious, agricultural or life cycle calendar and generally with a profound ritual meaning.
