We’ll meet in the most famous square of Bari Vecchia and begin a stroll through the charming narrow streets of the historic center. I’ll share ancient stories and legends, revealing hidden corners and local shops along the way.
Then we’ll head to my home, still in the old town, where I’ll guide you in making iconic orecchiette pasta by hand. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy our creations paired with a fine local wine. All ingredients and sauces are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are also available.
