We’ll meet in the most famous square of Bari Vecchia and begin a stroll through the charming narrow streets of the historic center. I’ll share ancient stories and legends, revealing hidden corners and local shops along the way.
Then we’ll head to my home, still in the old town, where I’ll guide you in making iconic orecchiette pasta by hand. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy our creations paired with a fine local wine. All ingredients and sauces are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are also available.

- Valentina was wonderful with us even though the rain was trying to join us during our visit of the old town. The cooking class was fun and the food was very authentic. The different addresses and nice tips that could aggrement the rest of our trip in Pugglia should bebrrally helpfull. The level of english of Valentina is really appropriate to have a nice experience.
- We had a lovely time with Valentina, from the city tour and recommendations of places to visit, to the specialties to try in each city and, of course, the pasta making followed by the meal.
- City tour shortened by the storm, but a very friendly cooking class with a great typical meal. Thank you again for all the recommendations.
