- We had a GREAT time! First time we ever did something like this and we were amazed at how much fun it was! Valentina was a wonderful hostess and taught us things we can use in our own cooking. I would highly recommend her if you ever get a chance to go!

- We had such a great time learning to make orecchiette
- We had so much fun making orecchiette with Valentina. She cooked them for us with a delicious sauce. We also had red wine , pickled eggplant and a salad. Her homemade tiramisu was excellent! We then had a waking tour of Bari old town that was very informative. Thank you Valentina!
