My kitchen is predominantly vegetarian, featuring ingredients typical of the region. I enjoy adding a personal touch to traditional recipes from my area. Living in the ancient village, I love to "steal" the secrets from the guardians of ancient recipes, now known worldwide.

- Great class, Valentina was a wonderful host. Loved the fact that we are invited into an Italian family home, make their own recipes and then get to sit and share the meal. Wonderful experience.
- We had such a great time learning to make orecchiette
- We had so much fun making orecchiette with Valentina. She cooked them for us with a delicious sauce. We also had red wine , pickled eggplant and a salad. Her homemade tiramisu was excellent! We then had a waking tour of Bari old town that was very informative. Thank you Valentina!
- Valentina provided a tour of Bari with some history of the town and the markets she used. We then went to her lovely home where she taught us to make the local pasta and a tiramisu. She then cooked our pasta while we snacked on caponata and sipped wine. Then we got to eat our pasta for lunch. A wonderful experience with a lovely host!
- Valentina is a sweetheart! She absolutely loves her job and it shows. She was very kind and patient when we had trouble rolling our pasta!! Our meal at her house was wonderful. We not only had our pasta in a delicious cause but she had appetizers and other goodies as well. Our tour around the old town was very informative and she answered any questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.
