My name is Annarita, and I’m a Cesarina from Bari—a city where cooking is a true daily ritual, made of simplicity, familiar aromas, and flavors that tell the story of who we are.I love preparing traditional dishes from Bari and the Puglia region—recipes that speak of family, sharing, and the rhythm of the seasons.I use simple, local ingredients, carefully selected, because for me, cooking is above all an expression of love for my land.Welcoming people to my table and making them feel at home is one of the things that brings me the most joy.Through my cooking, I want to offer an authentic experience, filled with genuine flavors and traditions passed down from generation to generation.

- Annarita "Titi" was so welcoming and gracious when we arrived at her lovely 7th floor apartment home. We sat on her spacious terrace and were served appetizers, all made by Titi and her mother. Ti t i's daughter was so helpful with English-Italian translation. We enjoyed 4 more courses of Italian salads and pasta before Titi showed us how to make orecciette. After that lesson, we enjoyed wine and dessert on the terrace. T iti accommodated my salt restriction by making spear dishes with no salt just for me! It was a lovely evening with 2couple, my daughter and me. We shared stories and laughed. I would definitely recommend Annarita's Italian food experience!
- We loved this experience. It was wonderful to get to know all 3 generations of the family and see their dynamic. Each dish was presented and explained in terms of the ingredients and how to prepare it. Each dish was super delicious and extremely filling. As a bonus we even got to learn to make the oriecchiette. We left full of love, food, and happiness

- Annarita and her family were incredible hosts! We had a wonderful meal and made fresh pasta. This was one of my favourite experiences on my trip a must try!
- The cooking classe with Annarita was a wonderful experience! She showed us how to make the original pasta from Bari with a lot of passion and love an explained the History behind it. The evening with her and her Family was the highlight of this day.
