Wednesday? Evening get-together! I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing!
Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) : -January 28: stuffed pizzas -February 4: orecchiette -March 25: stuffed pizzas Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine.
The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

- The orecchiette and tiramisu class was a wonderful experience! Three generations worked together to teach us, using ingredients from their gardens and their skills that were passed down thru generations. So enjoyed the hands on learning and the opportunity to be in their home to eat the delicious meal we prepared. Thank you, I'll be making these recipes again many times!
